Карьера Натали началась в России в 2007 году, когда она занималась созданием модельных портфолио и тестов. А в 2010 году Натали стала основным фотографом модного журнала In Red, где снимала звезд российского шоу-бизнеса, в том числе Дмитрия Нагиева, Ксению Собчак, Жанну Фриске и других. В этот же период карьеры стала одним из четырех российских фотографов на модном показе Maison Martin Margiela в Санкт-Петербурге (Россия).
В 2011 году Натали Беро открыла собственное фото- и видео агентство. Натали организовала фотовыставку «Женщина глазами фотографа» в 2013 году. Её широко освещали российские СМИ: на Первом канале вышел репортаж об открытии этой экспозиции. Тогда же Натали начала сотрудничать с брендами, в том числе с Armani, Lumene, Cutrin и Dermosil.
С 2015 года Натали работала в Нью-Йорке штатным фотографом одного из крупнейших агентств города, снимала богатых людей США, в том числе звезд шоу-бизнеса: Дрю Бэрримор, Мариса
Томей, Шенис Уильямс, Бобби Каннавале и других. Работы Натали можно найти практически во всех крупных изданиях Нью- Йорка: Vogue, Bella Magazine, Royal Oak и других.
